Dr. Michael T. Mensah is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician, public health professional, healthcare entrepreneur, and Physician Executive MBA Candidate at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. He serves as Vice President of Helping Hands Global, Inc., where he helps lead initiatives focused on improving health, education, and quality of life for underserved communities both locally and internationally.
Born in Ghana and later immigrating to the United States, Dr. Mensah developed a lifelong passion for service, health equity, and community empowerment. In addition to his clinical work as a hospitalist physician, he is the Founder and President of the Dr. Michael T. Mensah Medical Foundation and President & CEO of Royal Healthcare Associates, Inc.
Dr. Mensah brings a unique combination of clinical expertise, public health training, nonprofit leadership, and executive business education to Helping Hands Global’s mission of touching lives and changing futures. He is passionate about developing sustainable solutions that improve healthcare access, strengthen communities, and create lasting impact for future generations.
His leadership philosophy is grounded in integrity, compassion, service, and the belief that meaningful change occurs when individuals and organizations work together to uplift others.
